Gambit Submission Fighting is a combat sports training facility out of New Paltz, NY, serving Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, and Westchester counties, including New Paltz, Poughkeepsie, Kingston, Beacon, Wappingers Falls, and the entire Hudson Valley.

Our core focus is on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), and we also offer classes focusing on wrestling, judo, Muay Thai/Kickboxing, or boxing, as well as classes designed for women or children.

Our facility offers ~1800sq ft of mat space, with 2 inch zebras over 4 inch foam subfloor for added protection during high impact techniques (as in wrestling, MMA, or judo). We also have heavy bags, loaner gear/equipment (boxing gloves, MMA gloves, kick pads, gis, etc.), and merch. Our Academy also offers showers and a Sauna!

During our kids classes, parents can lounge in our front waiting area, which has constant access to flograppling And UFC Fightpass. You can watch our Academy's most recent competition, or even the most recent UFC card you may have missed.
